Has there been any rumors or definite word on the next game company that is making PGR 5?

That's exactly what I'm saying, it's been a downhill slide since PGR 2, if it ain't broke don't f*cking fix it.  I never thought PGR 4 would be worse than 3 but it's true.  I see it as good thing that Bizarre is no longer making the PGR series.  The moment I find out who is making PGR 5, I'm sending them a copy of PGR 2 with a letter begging them to simply copy the game and make it look good on the 360 or take every single element of the game (physics, kudos style, etc.) and re-create it from the ground up.

I hope they improve it, ontherwise it will be in the same place where my PGR4 is, in its box, used no more than 3 times, full of dust on it...

I've considered converting to Forza 2 just to have a decent popular racer on the 360, since there isn't a need for me to play PGR 4 anymore.  I think they could do a good job of it, but it might conflict with the simulator reputation they already have.  I have my fingers crossed for Codemasters (DiRT) making PGR 5.  That game was very good, but the multiplayer left a lot to be desired.  Rumor has it Codemasters are already making a PGR style game called Grid or something like that.

Yes, Codemaster has a game called Grid listed to come out the latter half of 08.

i think that pgr5 might ruin the pgr series. (P.S can i have your pgr4 if you dont like or want it. i have nuthing better to do at home but play ps2 and ps1 games. PLEASE REPLY.)

i think PGR4 should be the last in the series
i played PGR3 online every single day but PGR4 just doesnt do it for me.mayebe because theres to many great games now??
and forza just requires to much effort ( tuning and getting cash )

I think that #4 is a better game than #3 but still not a patch on #2 which is a crying shame. If there were more guys playing ranked matches, or if matchamking actually worked properly, then the online side of #4 could be very good.

As for Forza2, if you spend the effort tuning you car etc thats competitive then the game is pretty good, but for some reason its not 'fun' in the way it should be, it always seems like to much effort!

Whoever it is... Ask us, your loyal PGR fans what should be in the game... there's been plenty of ideas bandied about.

I'd be happy to test the game too... bugs find me easy!

I have bought PGR4 and also have PGR3 which I prefer.  I've only played the career mode which is a bit strange, I liked PGR3 where you could upgrade your car etc, on PGR4 I can't see this option but instead you can drive a class of cars.  I've yet to look at the arcade mode.
