Choose Las Vegas - Long Strip Straights.
Once the race starts, reverse a little until you see Casino Royale to the right... do a complete stop in front of it. Achievement Unlocked.

3. Tonight Make Me Unstoppable
Setup the playlist so only "The Prayer" by Bloc Party (in Alt. Rock) plays. Do an Arcade race in the first chapter, and come SECOND in the race. Achievement Unlocked.
Note: You need at least one AI.
Note: I (Putnum) was able to do it in a custom race of the Michelan Test Track 'The Loop', but others can't seem to unlock the achievement this way.

4. 01 Yee Haw
Setup a custom race at hermitage in St. Petersburg. Reverse track and pick the Dodge Challenger Concept. Get as much speed as you can by turning around and driving the wrong way down the track to the first corner, then turn back around to face the start/finish line and try to get up past 140MPH by the time you hit the first bump. The achievement will unlock immediately upon landing if you got enough air.
This is in reference to the classic American TV show the "Dukes of Hazard". The show featured classic Dodge Challenger with an "01" painted on the side. The show frequently featured this car going off of jumps with the driver shouting "Yee Haw".

5. Are You The One?
Set up a custom race at hermitage in St. Petersburg. Reverse track and pick the Ducati 998. Make sure you're in an external view and while in the air rotate the right analog stick a full rotation clockwise starting at the top. this will rotate the camera all the way around your bike. The achievement will unlock immediately.
This achievement references the Matrix Trilogy of movies which popularized the "bullet time" technique where the camera would rotate around a person or object while time seemingly stood still. This usually happened while something was in mid air. The films' main character was often referred to as "the One" and the Ducati 998 was featured in the films as well
